| Kissel Cars Down Under, John H. Lewis (John H. Lewis, Brisbane, 2006) | John Lewis has been involved with vintage cars in Australia for over 35 years, with a particular emphasis on the Kissel and Overland marquees. John is the owner of a 1927 Kissel Model 6-55 Speedster that he has beautifully restored. In honor of the 100-year anniversary celebration of the Kissel Motor Car Company, John has written and published a 68-page booklet on the story of Kissel cars in Australia. It is of particular interest to Lynn that John has compiled an almost complete history of Bugsby, including pictures of the car dating back to about 1930. Incredibly, John has been able to learned more about the history of Lynn's car than John has been able to discover about his own car. A feature that Lynn particularly likes is that John has formatted his booklet in the likeness of Kissel Motor Car Company booklets -- nice touch, John. | ||
